About Me

I graduated from the University of Calgary in 2015 with a degree in Philosophy and another in French. I am interested in philosophy, politics and history and specifically how they relate to literature. I am currently writing my master's thesis on Aboriginal Literature, using the TRC reports to analyze a collection of poems. I have been fortunate enough to recieve a 2016 Joseph-Armand Bombardier Scholarship (SSHRC), a 2017 Queen Elizabeth II Scholarship and a 2017 Peter C. Craigie Memorial Scholarship. I speak English, French, passable Spanish and a little German. I chose the University of Calgary because I admire the faculty members and know that they can help me develop my ideas to their full potential.
