SPAN 203 - Beginners' Spanish II - Winter 2007

This course is a continuation of Spanish 201. This is a beginning level course primarily for students with prior knowledge of the language (1 semester of college level Spanish or Spanish 30). The course is structured on the communicative approach to language learning and strong emphasis is placed on basic skills, namely: listening, speaking, reading, writing and cultural awareness. There will not be labs or tutorials officially scheduled. However, it is strongly recommended that students do all the workbook exercises in order to increase oral comprehension and oral response. Each test and exam will include oral comprehension exercises and questions based on the workbook and lab manual.
This course may not be repeated for credit.
