Broad areas of research interest: Phonology and phonetics and in particular, prosodic phenomena across languages.
 
Specific research interests: Prosodic structures (stress, tone, focus, intonation) and the developmental process of more complex prosodic structures (e.g., compound stress, clitic stress, etc.) with a focus on the production properties of children.
